OTbase Snapshot: OT asset inventory as a service
The quickest way to build your OT asset inventory in Excel
According to conventional wisdom, it takes months to build an OT asset inventory. What if you could slash that time to just a couple of days, saving hundreds of man-hours for walk-down inspections in the process, and getting better results?
That’s exactly what OTbase Snapshot does for you. It discovers your OT devices automatically via the network, without the legwork. The result is a neat Excel file that contains more asset details than you ever dreamed to collect. Make and model, installed OS or firmware, serial numbers, IP and MAC addresses, even known vulnerabilities! All of this for just a couple dollars per device.
How it works
1. Download OTbase Network Discovery and/or OTbase Mobile Discovery from our website.
2. Discover the networks and devices that you want to inventory (usually takes less than an hour). You can inspect the results in OTbase Discovery right away.
3. Upload the asset data files that OTbase produces.
4. Your files are processed on our servers. The output is an Excel file with multiple worksheets. Once processing is done, you will receive an email notification — usually within 24 hours.
5. Download the Excel file containing your comprehensive date OT asset inventory!
